- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 tsp Grenadine

Directions:
Pour first 4 ingredients over ice into a Collins glass, slowly adding grenadine as you stir.

Depressed Goalie


Thursday, 9-2
Ingredients:
- (Fill With) Ice
- 3 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Cola
- 2 oz Mountain Dew

Directions:
Fill a mason jar with ice. Pour over the whiskey (Jim Beam). Then add the Pepsi and Mountain Dew. Mix if desired.

Big Hicky


Wednesday, 9-1
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz raspberry vodka
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- 1 1/2 oz 100% cranberry juice

Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lime wedge and serve in a martini glass.

Satan's Revenge

Ingredients:
- 7 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 1/3 shot Tequila
- 1/3 shot Goldschlager
- 1/3 shot Bourbon

Directions:
Combine in sequence in shot glass, shoot.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- 3 oz Orange Juice

Directions:
Shake all the ingredients with ice.  Pour into a Collins glass and serve.

- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz cranberry juice

Directions:
Shake all the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Negroni


Thursday, August 26th
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- orange slice or twist for garnish

Directions:
Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the orange slice.

Harvey Wallbanger


Wednesday, August 25th
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/4 oz Galliano
- orange slice for garnish
- maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions:
 Pour the vodka and orange juice into a collins glass with ice cubes. Add the Galliano. Garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Lemon Drop


Tuesday, August 24th
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- lemon twist for garnish

Directions:
Pour the vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Sneaky Pete


Monday, August 23rd
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz rye whiskey
- 4 oz milk

Directions:
Pour the Kahlua into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Add the milk and rye whiskey. Stir well.

Cafe Brulot



Ingredients:
- 2oz. Brandy
- 1oz Grand Marnier
- 1/8 oz sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick, cracked into several large pieces
- Orange Zest
- 8oz freshly brewed dark roast coffee

Directions:
Place all the ingredients except the coffee in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat.  Warm the mixture until hot.  Add the coffee and stir well.  Ladle into mug.

Cafe Frappe



Ingredients:
- 1tsp Sugar
- 4oz freshly brewed French roast coffee
- 1oz Brandy
- Crushed ice

Directions:
Brew the coffee 30 minutes ahead of time and let cool to room temperature.  Add the sugar to the hot coffee, stir well and let cool.  Add the brandy to the cooled coffee.  Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice, fill with coffee mixture and serve.

Warm and Rusty



Ingredients:
- 1 tea bag
- 6oz. boiling water
- 1 large lemon twist
- 1oz Scotch
- 1oz Drambuie
- Fresh grated nutmeg

Directions:
Place tea bag in a coffee mug with hot water and let steep for 3 minutes.  Remove tea bag, add in lemon twist, Scotch and Drambuie.  Stir well and grate nutmeg over top.

Moca Rum Toddy



Ingredients:
- 1tsp Sugar
- 4oz freshly brewed coffee
- 1oz. dark crème de cacao
- 1oz dark rum
- ¼ cup Whipped Cream
- ¼ tsp cocoa powder for garnish

Directions:
Add the sugar to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved.  Stir in the crème de cacao and rum.  Pour the coffee into the mugs and top with whipped cream.  Dust with cocoa and serve.

Kentucky Cappucino



Ingredients:
- 6oz. freshly brewed coffee
- 2oz. Bourbon
- 1oz. white crème de menthe
- 1tsp. brown sugar
- ¼ cup Whipped Cream
- ½ oz. green crème de menthe

Directions:
Stir together the coffee, bourbon, white crème de menthe and sugar in a coffee mug.  Top with whipped cream and float ½ oz green crème de menthe on top.

The Presbyterian Cocktail



Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 ounces scotch whisky
- Ginger ale
- Club soda, optional

Directions:
Add ice to a tall cocktail (highball) glass. Pour in scotch and fill with ginger ale to taste. If you like, split the ginger ale with club soda.

Salty Chihuahua



Ingredients:
- Lime wedge
- Coarse salt
- Ice
- 2 ounces tequila
- Lemonade

Directions:
Rim the lime along the rim of a cocktail glass to moisten. Dip glass in salt. Fill glass with ice. Pour in tequila and lemonade. Squeeze lime over drink, and stir. Garnish with lime.

Pink Amnesia



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2oz. Skyy Melon Vodka
- 3/4oz. Raspberry di Amore Liqueur
-  5oz. Santa Cruz Organic Raspberry Lemonade
- Ice

Directions:
In a 10 ounce glass mix vodka, raspberry liqueur and raspberry lemonade. Add ice and enjoy!

Jamaican Mudslide



Ingredients:
- 16oz. Dr. Pepper
- 4oz. Rum
- ½ cup Pina Colada Mix
- 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:
Pour ice, pina colada mix, and rum into a blender and mix it for 10 minutes, alternating between ice crush, frappe, and mix, or until smooth, with no icy chunks. Pour even amounts into 4 glasses. Pour 4 ounces of Dr Pepper into each of the four glasses.

The Godfather



Ingredients
- Ice
- 1oz. Amaretto Liqueur
- 2oz. Scotch

Directions:
Put ice in a short cocktail glass.  Mix in Amaretto and Scotch and stir.

Grandmother's Punch



Ingredients:
•    2 (0.13 ounce) packages unsweetened strawberry-flavored drink mix powder
•    2 1/2 cups white sugar
•    4 quarts cold water
•    2 (6 ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
•    2 (6 ounce) cans frozen pineapple juice concentrate
•    3 oranges, sliced into rounds
•    1 liter ginger ale
•    1/2 gallon orange sherbet

Directions:
1.    In a large punch bowl combine the drink mix, sugar and water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in the orange juice and pineapple juice concentrates. Just before serving stir in the ginger ale and slide in the sherbet.

Pennsylvania Milk Punch



Ingredients:
•    4 cups milk
•    1 quart orange sherbet, softened
•    1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
•    1 liter lemon-lime soda

Directions:
1.    In a mixing bowl, beat milk, sherbet and ice cream until frothy. Pour into a punch bowl. Stir in soda. Serve immediately.

Sunny Orange Lemonade



Ingredients
•    4 1/4 cups water, divided
•    1 cup sugar
•    3/4 cup lemon juice
•    3/4 cup orange juice
•    2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
•    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
•    ice cubes
•    Lemon slices

Directions
1.    In a saucepan, bring 1-1/4 cups water and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes; cool. Transfer to a pitcher; add lemon and orange juices and peels. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir in the remaining water. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon if desired.

Razzy Blue Smoothie



Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 16 whole almonds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup raspberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup Concord grape juice
- 1 cup 1% buttermilk

Directions:
Peel the banana and cut into 1/2-inch chunks. Chill in freezer until solid, about 2 hours. 
Place the almonds, oats, and flaxseed meal into a blender; pulse until finely ground. Add the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, yogurt, grape juice, and buttermilk; puree until smooth.

Cosmo-Not



Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 3 fluid ounces peach nectar
- 2 fluid ounces cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 fluid ounce grenadine syrup
- 1 fluid ounce lemon flavored carbonated beverage
- 1 twist lime peel

Directions:
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in peach nectar, cranberry juice and grenadine. Strain into a martini glass and top with lemon soda. Garnish with a twist of lime.

Electric Lemonade



Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- sour mix
- lemon-lime soda

Directions:
Fill a 10 oz cocktail glass with ice. Add vodka and blue curacao. Fill with sour mix. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with lemon.

Bahama Mama



Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz clear rum
- 3/4 oz amber rum
- 3/4 oz coconut rum
- orange juice
- pineapple juice
- cherry syrup

Directions:
Fill a 16 oz cocktail glass with ice. Add each rum. Fill with equal parts orange and pineapple juices. Add a splash of cherry syrup. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Watermelon Cooler



Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz watermelon Pucker
- sour mix
- cranberry juice
- lemon-lime soda

Directions:
Fill a 12 oz cocktail glass with ice. Add bourbon, then watermelon Pucker. Add a splash of sour mix and fill with cranberry juice. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

NTequila Sunrise



Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz tequila
- orange juice
- cherry syrup

Directions:
Fill a 10 oz glass with ice. Add tequila. Fill with orange juice. Top with cherry syrup. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.

California Lemonade



Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz rum
- pink lemonade

Directions:
Fill a 16 oz cocktail glass with ice. Add vodka, gin, rum and fill with pink lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

The Four Horsemen



Ingredients:
- 1 oz Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey
- 1 oz Johnnie Walker Red Scotch Whiskey
- 1 oz Jose Cuervo Tequila

Directions: 
Mix the four together in a glass and down immediately.

Brass Monkey



Ingredients:
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Orange Juice

Directions:
Stir together and serve over ice in a highball glass.

Orange Tundra



Ingredients:
- 1 oz Cream Soda
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee liqueur)
- 1 oz Vodka

Directions:
The ingredients are added to the highball glass in the following order: vodka, cream soda, coffee liqueur and finally, orange juice. Although ice can be added, the drink should not be stirred before stirring.

Tennessee Cowboy



Ingredients:
- 1 oz Jack Daniels
- 1/2 can of Red Bull
- Dash of lemonade

Directions:
Layer over the rocks in a Collins glass and garnish with lemon wedge.

Peppermint Paddy



Ingredients:
- 1 oz creme de cacao liqueur
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps liqueur

Directions:
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice and serve in a shot glass with a mint leaf as garnish.

Soho Red



Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Johnnie Walker Red Label (25 oz. per bottle)
- .5 oz. vanilla liqueur
- .25 oz. maraschino cherry juice

Directions:
Add Johnnie Walker Red Label, vanilla liqueur, maraschino cherry juice. Add ice. Serve on the rocks.

Havana Holiday



Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 4 oz. tonic water
- 0.25 oz. simple syrup
- 2 wedge orange
- 1 wedge lemon
- 6 mint leaves

Directions:
Muddle mint and orange wedge lightly with Tanqueray London Dry Gin. Add ice, lemon wedge, tonic and garnish with a mint sprig.

Coconut Pomegranate



Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz. Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
- .25 oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon coconut flakes

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, and pomegranate juice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with coconut flakes.

Bailey's After Dark



Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 oz. Godiva Mocha Liqueur
- 2 scoops mint ice cream or ice
- 1 splash cream

Directions:
Add Baileys Original Irish Cream, Godiva Mocha Liqueur, mint ice cream or ice, and cream. Blend and serve in hurricane glass. Garnish with cherry.

Patriotic Punch



Ingredients:
- two bottles ginger ale
- orange slices
- 26 oz of rye
- two bottles of sherry
- 1 bottle ginger ale

Directions:
For a great addition to any party, try this flavorful punch that will have everyone talking. In a bundt pan, pour two bottles of ginger ale and a few slices of orange. Freeze this mixture to create an ice ring to use withing your punch bowl. In a punch bowl, place the frozen ice ring, two sliced oranges, twenty-six ounces of rye, two bottles of sherry and one bottle of ginger ale. Stir together and serve.

Beauty of America



Ingredients:
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz vermouth (dry)
- 1/4 oz port
- 1/4 oz grenadine
- 1 oz orange juice

Directions:
Shake together one ounce of brandy, one ounce of vermouth (dry), a quarter ounce of port, a quarter ounce of grenadine and an ounce of your favorite fresh orange juice with some crushed ice. Strain the cool mixture into a glass that has been pre-chilled for a delectable cocktail.

Fizzy Freedom Drink



Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz gin
- 1/2 oz cognac
- juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- grenadine

Directions:
For a little extra fizz in your drink, try this recipe. Combine three-quarters of an ounce of gin, half an ounce of cognac, juice from half of a lemon and a few splashes of grenadine with some ice in a shaker. Shake thoroughly and then strain into a tall glass. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda and stir.

Fourth of July Cocktail



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz sweet and sour
- 1/2 oz triple sec

Directions:
Let freedom ring with this delicious and famous cocktail! In a cocktail shaker, shake up one and a half ounces of your favorite vodka, half an ounce of blue curacao, half an ounce of sweet and sour and half an ounce of triple sec. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator. Strain the mixture into a martini class that has been pre-chilled and add a splash of grenadine.

Liberty Drink



Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz applejack
- 1 oz iced water
- simple syrup

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine half an ounce of dark rum, three-quarters of an ounce of applejack, an ounce of iced water and a splash of simple syrup. Shake these four ingredients with ice in the shaker and strain into a glass that has been pre-chilled.

Blushing Lady



Ingredients:
- 1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz pink grapefruit juice
- lemon wedge
- coarse sugar for rimming

Directions:
Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of a martini glass and dip the glass into a plate of coarse sugar. Set it aside. Pour the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the garnish martini glass.

Rose Petal Martini



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 shots gin
- 1/2 cup lychee juice
- rose petal for garnish

Directions:
Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rose petal.

Mumtini



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Beefeaters Gin
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1 oz fresh squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wide strip of grapefruit.

Royal Tea Cocktail



Ingredients:
- 2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 2 parts brewed and chilled Earl Gray Tea
- squeeze of lemon juice
- spoonful of sugar
- lim wheels for garnish

Directions:
Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass fille dwith ice and stir. Garnish with lime wheels.

Mom-Osa



Ingredients:
- 1 wild Hibiscus flower
- 1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Wild Hibiscus Syrup
- 5 oz dry sparkling wine

Directions:
Place flower in champagne flute. Shake next 3 ingredients on ice and carefully strain into champagne flute. Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with long grapefruit zest.

Breakfast of Champions



Ingredients:
- 2 cups cereal (preferably Golden Grahams)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Kahlua

Directions:
Pour the cereal into a bowl, add the Kahlua and let it soak in. Add the milk and enjoy!

Waffle Dripper



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
- orange juice

Directions:
Mix in a highball glass with ice. Fill with orange juice.

Egg Sour



Ingredients:
- 3 dashes lemon juice
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz Curacao
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp powdered sugar

Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass.

Poinsetta Brunch Cocktail



Ingredients:
- 1 oz cranberry or cran-rasberry juice
- 1 oz champagne
- 1 oz triple sec or any orange flavored liquor

Directions:
In a champagne flute, add 1 inch of champagne. Allow the bubles to settle. Then fill with a little more champagne and add cranberry juice and top with triple sec or any other orange flavored liquor.

Eastern Shoreman's Breakfast



Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 oz of grapefruit juice
- 2 oz vodka
- 5 dashes cinnamon
- 1 oz apple juice

Directions:
Crack egg open in glass. Add grapefruit juice, vodka and apple juice. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Do not mix up the egg, let it slide down last.

Feel the Burn



Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Kahlua
- 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz Ouzo
- 1/2 oz Wild Turkey
- 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum

Directions: 
Layer all ingredients and light on fire to warm. Blow out flame and drink in one gulp.

Bonfire



Ingredients:
-1/2 oz Grenadine
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz 151 proof rum

Directions: 
Layer this drink! Grenadine first, Amaretto next, and 151 on top. Light the 151 and let it warm for about 3 seconds. Blow (lightly) to put the flame out and take the shot.

Backdraft



Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Drambuie
- 1.5 oz Grand Marnier

Directions:
Pour equal amounts into brandy snifter and light. Place hand over top of glass to form airtight seal that extinguishes flame. Straw is slid in between fingers keeping seal as tight as possible. Drink beverage through straw.

Bailey's Comet



Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz Goldschlager
- splash of Bacardi 151 proof rum

Directions:
Layer in order given, splash 151 on top, light on fire, sprinkle cinnamon on top to produce sparks instead of just a flame.

Fireball



Ingredients:
- 1 part Sambuca
- 1 part Tequila
- 5-10 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:
First add 1 part tequila to the shot glass. Then add the sambuca and a few drops of tabasco sauce. Instead of tabasco sauce you can add 2-3 coffee beans instead (try one of each and see what you like better). Pour some sambuca all over the glass and light it on fire. Let it burn for approx. 10 to 20 seconds. You can now leave it burn and sip through straw or blow out (carefully) and take it down like a normal shot. Don't forget to eat the beans.

Classic Gimlet



Ingredients:
- 1 oz Key Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 slice lime

Directions:
Combine key lime juice and Tanqueray London Dry with plenty of ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime.

Havana Holiday



Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2 wedges orange
- 1 wedge lemon
- 6 mint leaves

Directions:
Muddle mint and orange wedge lightly with gin. Add ice, lemon wedge, tonic and garnish with a mint sprig.

Soho Red



Ingredients:
- 1 oz Johnnie Walker Red Label
- 0.5 oz vanilla liqueur
- 0.25 oz maraschino cherry juice

Directions:
Add Johnnie Walker Red Label, vanilla liqueur, maraschino cherry juice. Add ice and mix with mint leaves and serve in a highball glass on the rocks.

Gin Rickey



Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz gin
- 5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz sour mix
- 1 splash club soda

Directions:
In a shaker filled with ice, add gin, fresh lime juice and sour mix. Shake and strain into frosted martini glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lime slice.

Vodka Espresso



Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz Godiva Mocha liqueur
- 1 oz cold espresso
- 1 splash simple syrup

Directions:
Add vodka, Godiva Mocha liqueur, cold espresso and simple syrup over ice and stir. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Tom Collins



Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 oz club soda
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 slice orange

Directions:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.  Serve in a Collins Glass.

Gin and Tonic



Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 5 oz tonic water
- 1 lime wedge

Directions:
Pour the gin and the tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lime wedge.  Serve in a Highball glass.

Tequila Sunrise



Ingredients:
- 2 oz 1800 Tequila
- orange juice
- 2 dashes grenadine syrup

Directions:
Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.  Serve in a highball glass.

Cape Cod



Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 4 oz cranberry juice

Directions:
Combine in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.

Long Island Iced Tea



Ingredients:
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part 1800 Tequila
- 1 part rum
- 1 part gim
- 1 part triple sec
- 1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
- 1 splash Coca-Cola

Directions:

Mixing instructions:
In a tall shot glass add Chambord, then gently pour Midori, the second layer, over the back of an inverted spoon so that it flows on top of the Chambord without mixing. Repeat the process using Orange liqueur. This makes a good holiday shooter.
You can flambe it by igniting the top with a match. Blow flame out after a few seconds and make certain the rim of the glass has cooled before drinking.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup grapefruit juice

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker combine grapefruit juice, vodka and Campari and fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake the mixture until it is chilled and strain it into a tall 12-oz glass, chilled. Garnish the drink with a section of grapefruit. Makes 1 drink.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz light rum
- 1 1/4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 oz lemon juice
- small cube of fresh pineapple

Directions:
In the container of a blender, blend together rum, pineapple juice, blue Curacao, lemon juice, pineapple and crushed ice. Pour the drink into a punch glass and garnish it with a cherry and a small wedge of fresh pineapple. Makes 1 drink.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz lime juice

Directions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass.

Frozen Egg Nog



Ingredients:
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 cups well chilled heavy cream
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup Cognac, or to taste

Directions:
In a large metal bowl with an electric mixer beat the egg yolks until they are thick and pale, add the sugar, a little at a time, beating, and beat the mixture until it is light and fluffy. In a chilled bowl beat the cream until it holds soft peaks, fold it into the yolk mixture, and freeze the mixture, covered, for at least 4 hours, or until it is nearly hard. Let the mixture melt until it is just soft enough to stir, stir in the rum and the Cognac, and return the eggnog, covered, to the freezer until it is very thick and frozen slightly. Stir the eggnog well and serve it in punch cups with spoons. (The eggnog will be the consistency of soft ice cream.) Makes about 12 cups, serving 12.

• 2 oz Cognac
• 2 oz Triple Sex
• ½ oz Lemon Juice

Directions
 Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shake with ice strain into a chilled martini glass.

Old-Fashioned



• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 2 Dashed Bitters
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Splash of soda
• 1 strip orange peel
• 1 strip lemon peel

Directions
Muddle the sugar and bitters together in an old-fashion cocktail glass. Add ice, whiskey and soda. Garnish.

Moscow Mule



• 1 ¼ oz Smirnoff Vodka
• 3 oz Ginger Beer
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• ¼ oz Lime Juice
• 1 spring mint
• 1 slice of lime

Directions
 In a copper mug pour vodka over ice. Add sugar syrup and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with mint spring and lime slice.

Brandy Alexander



• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• Fresh grated nutmeg

Directions
 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the brandy, crème de cacao and cream. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Maidens Prayer



• 1 ½ oz Gin
• 1 ½ oz Fresh Orange Juice
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• Orange twist

Directions
 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and all the ingredients expect the orange twist. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty. Strain into a cocktail glass and add twist.

Gin Rickey



• 2 oz Gin
• ½ oz Fresh lime Juice
• 5 oz Club Soda
• Lime Wedge

Directions
 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and lime juice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold to the touch. Pour into the highball glass filled with ice and add club soda to the top. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Long Island Iced Tea



• ½ oz of triple sec
• ½ oz of light rum
• ½ oz of gin
• ½ of vodka
• ½ of tequila
• 1 oz sour mix
• Cola
• Lemon wedge of garnish

Directions
 Pour the spirits and sour mix into a Collins glass with ice. Stir well or shake.  Tope the glass off with cola. Garnish with the lemon wedge.

Fish House Punch



• 750 ml bottle dark rum
• 15 oz Cognac
• 7 ½ oz peach brandy
• 7 ½ oz lemon juice
• 7 ½ oz simple syrup

Directions
 Place a block of ice into a punch bowl. Add rum, cognac, peach brandy, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well. Serve in punch cups or whie wine glasses.

Rob Roy



• 1 ½ oz Scotch
• ¼ oz sweet vermouth
• Angostura bitters to taste
• Maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions
 Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir Well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

• 1.25 oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
• .25 oz Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
• .5 oz pineapple juice
• .25 oz orange juice
• 1 slice orange

Directions
 Add pineapple juice, orange juice, Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum. Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Beautiful Day



• 1 oz Irish Mist Herbal Liquer
• 1 oz Parfait Amour Orange Liquer
• 1 oz Apple Schnapps

Directions
 Shake everything with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.

Lava Flow



• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
• 2 oz Strawberries
• 1 Banana
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Coconut Cream

Directions
 Blended Banana, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a blender and set aside. In the bottom of a hurricane glass stir both rums and strawberries.
 Pour banana, coconut, pineapple mix slowly into glass. The strawberries should creep up the sides of the glass.

Flip



• 1 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Madeira
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 large egg
• Fresh Nutmeg for Garnish

Directions
 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the ingredients expect the nutmeg. Shake just to mix. Strain into a small wine glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Corpse Reviver #2



• ¾ oz Gin
• ¾ oz lemon juice

• 4 oz Champagne
• 1/3 oz Gin
• ½ oz tangerine schnapps

Directions
 Pour into a champagne flute, garnish with a twist of orange, and serve.

Seabreeze



• 1 part vodka
• 1 ¾ parts of grapefruit juice
• 1 ¾ parts cranberry juice

Directions
