Our dinner menu features dry-aged, prime cuts of beef, fresh Alaskan seafood, Colorado lamb, pork tenderloin, and many other wonderful gourmet entrees.  All dinners include soup or salad, vegetables, fresh baked bread and dessert.

By offering a complimentary bowl of steamed gulf shrimp to every patron, we practically introduced the peel-and-eat delicacy to Denver. It continues to be a popular Broker trademark.
